Return & Refund Policy for Plyneer Industries:
At Plyneer Industries, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand our practices regarding product returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame You have 2 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@plyneer.com or 8861717273. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Return Authorization Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Inspection Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at accounts@plyneer.com
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@plyneer.com
